Nik Viveza - Control Points to darken everything but trucks, lighten drivers of blue/Red trucks

Nik CEP 3 - Pro Contrast

PSP - Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Salt and Pepper Filter

PSP - Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Clarify (3)

PSP - Effects > Edge Effects > High Pass (10, desaturate)
High Pass Layer to Soft Light Blend, Merge down

Nik CEP 3 - Darken/Lighten Center, move center point to right headlight on blue truck, border 100% dark, control points to mask parts of blue truck.

PSP - Adjust > Sharpen > Highpass Sharpen (35) blend Softlight

I really like the way you managed to bring up the reflectiveness in the paint on the truck in the front. Nicely done overall in my view.

This really shined up those cars. Now they are really fit for the parade. It's funny how well the drivers and passenger suit the vehicles. I like the red and blue balloons that complement the cars.
