 I guess I"m hooked on the delineated effect that Cartoon gives images. Here's another. Okay, three layers; 1st cartoon at a percentage, 2nd - Clean, design. Merge. Apply another cartoon, at reduced opacity. Another original layer has spicify from Adjust. fool with opacities and merge again. decide to stop. I did remove the distraction of something on the red surface of the original.
