Slightly less harsh edit of this:
Used something less than Spicify (I think it was Mild Details) and did it on a second layer, then erased all but the swan's head and neck. Added a touch of Color Pop to that layer as well.

Oh, I like this so much better. The water drops are wonderful and the color is so much more realistic. Very nice enhancement.
