I loved this from the thumb, love it even more in the full view! The cool thing is that the pavement texture is echoed into the more colorful sparkly shoes...fantastic!

Good select-desat, works very well for this!

Just want to add that closeups like this tend to bring out all the imperfections in skin so running this through Neat Image might have softened up the skin tones.
