The image is a little flat and a little soft. He does have a big stick though.

I think the phrase is slightly mixed up, but I like the intent of it. It would have been great if it was on the picture is the normal poster way, as the image matches the phrase very well. The dog is sharp, and the depth of field for this is very good.

Nice idea and phrase... just think that it would be better if was possible to see the dogĀ“s feet (whatever you call an animal foot)

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity: 6
Quality of the photo: 10
Artistic viewpoint: 6
Frame/borders: 8
Appealence of the font: none I wish there was a message in the photo
Average: 6

Should that be "the quieter you can speak" ? The "to" doesn't seem to fit
