On the background, small details to bring out the pavement. on the car, color blast for, ah, color, over in Simplify, heavy pencil sketch, with major opacity changes on the background to try for near de-saturation but with some detail.
this was taken some years ago at Willow Springs in Southern California. When I was young, I used to hang around race tracks with the sports car gang and it was ever so much fun to hear the sounds and see the action again.
