Nice textures and detail, but the composition seems awkward to me. The main subject that my eye is drawn to is lopped off at the top and the rest of the column seem to just be in the way, not leading my eye anywhere. There is also some visible tilt or image skew. Hope that all makes some sense.

I think the photo would be better, but it is a little tilted, the colors are not rich and vibrant.
