Well, it was a difficult choice between two photos. I had a different entry first, which was a bit out of the box, but I liked it. Then I woke up this morning on May 4 at 5.52am and saw a beautifule pale sun rising.
Crossed the meadow on my slippers (getting my feet all wet), because I knew there was a small walnut on the side of the ditch, unbuttoning its buds. I hope I made the right choice, but I don't know, voters haven't been too kind to me lately.
PP: I'm not much of an expert in advanced editing and I also like my photos to be rather pure. I straightened the horizon, cropped and resized it. Used curves, brightening, unsharp mask, curves. That's about it.
