 the usual, at this point. Found a couple of Adjust presets, stacked them and adjusted opacity. found Cartoon in Simplify and added just a touch of that.

adding the "cartoon" really makes this a fun photo. i love combining simplify and topaz - i need to do more of that.

I swear, you ate the only person I know that can take a crummy scene and make it so gorgeous!
I like what someone did on the telephone pole. I wish they would paint all of them LOL
