Wow! I like the composition and sharpness on your subject. I always have a hard time getting the right exposure with yellow flowers, but your looks right on.
Great choice of subject and I do like the side angle as well. I think I would be spending A LOT of time in the greenhouse if it were still trying to snow - so ready for spring!
Very striking yellow- cheers me just looking at it ! i do agree about trying a crop tho & maybe use curves to bring out definition in the petals. Nice start !
That's a beautiful flower that you captured there, along with the lush green foliage. Good focus on your subject. I would like to see this shot with a tighter crop that keeps all that I just mentioned but cuts out the distracting elements in the background in the top and the upper left of the image. The striking yellow flower against the dark green, flawless foliage would be an awesome combination.
