Gunnar! I didn't think it possible that your portraits could be even more piercing and haunting. The texture adds a museum-piece quality to it. I'm so glad you are doing this challenge. Yayyy!

Here is the scenario:

Her grandmother found this image. It was the only one left after the flood.

Seriously, wonderful job. I just adore how an image is instantly aged by layers. YAY!!!

I am torn between wanting the screen/overlay to be "dusted off" her face or reduced more...such a stunning picture and the overlay just added to the mystery of your shot
