Not sure what the author was trying to convey with this image, but it must have some kind of terrifying concept. Perhaps a little too subtle with the title and image.

I think this will be too subtle for the quick voters to notice the pill in the drink. Good concept but could also use better lighting.

Is the drink drugged? I'm pretty sure that's what you are going for, but its slightly ambiguous. maybe if it included a man's hand in the image or something. not sure. Certainly a nightmare though.
