Jacaranda
Is jacaranda a colour? It sure should be.
I was going to do jade green, but the thing we have that I thought was jade is actually New Zealand greenstone, so I opted for this instead.
I have to admit I didn't take this in April, though.
Crop, sharpen, brightness/contrast (just a touch) border, etc.

This is such a lovely soothing picture, I like the border and the color that you chose...you know some colors are just meant to sooth and that is what yours is doing for me

Oh, this is a beauty. Lovely, almost monochromatic colors, and yes, the Jacaranda either is or should be a color.

I remember being in Mexico City once traveling through a 'nice' section of town with great landscaping. There, on a corner were several Jacaranda trees in full bloom with a lovely carpet of petals on the sidewalk. Obviously left there as a design statement, as the rest of the area was pristine.
