Definitely underrated. I loved the angles and how it seems as tho the background is kind of tilting out, while the person and shadow is acting as an anchor to keep it from sliding away. Cool shot.
A good demonstration of how lighting can be used to create a "noir" effect - it matches the challenge in every respect because both the subject and the lighting is used in a creative fashion to capture a mood piece that is outstanding. Sometimes images can tell stories and this image sparks the imagination which is what lighting is all about. Well done.
