| 5.4??!! Boy did you ever get ripped off! This image is cool, creative, and well shot, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how you did it. My guess is that you suffered due to the assumptions made by hasty, less imaginative voters about how you achieved this cool effect. I don't understand why people dish out 1's when they assume that a rule has been broken rather than simply reporting the image for validation and then voting on it as if it meets the rules. If it fails validation then the vote is worthless anyway! Sheesh! You deserved a higher score on this. |

| More of a lighted shot than a creative use of lighting, this image falls short of meeting the challenge criteria in several ways. While the image may have been validated, it is still clear by the presence of the halo around the heart in addition to it's offset placement that this is an addition to the image which is outside the parameters of the challenge rules. Having said that, it is a very effective image from a composition standpoint and clever in several ways and would have worked well in any other competition. Given that the image has been validated, this reviewer has no other choice but to give the image it's proper placement in rating it. |
