I had two lights clipped to the outside of my counter and facing in toward a light box with diffused siding on it. The weights and apple were located in the middle of the light box.

The image could use a bit more lighting on the subject versus the left of the subject. Also a bit more sharpness to the apple would have worked(Aperture maybe)
Very interesting that two images, very similar in concept, work much the same way in imparting a sense of healthy eating and regular exercise. Both images are very well done. A slight flaw with the lighting of the apple, but it does work and isn't distracting. Well done.
