Hmmm, can I keep the rhymes going too?

Okay, this anenome is one of my all time favorite pics, deliberately blurred to bring out the patterns and colors. The colors were accentuated by shining a flashlight through the flower turning the predominate blues to a nice b right red in places.

that softening blur, in this case, came from liberal applications of noise ninja. I like that effect better than gaussian blur most of the time. Depends on the image though.

really striking colors, seems like you could have gotten the center in focus with keeping the outer edges blurred or done a Gaussian blur to get that....did you use the negative clarity button? That is an interesting feature (to me). Love the colors they are so vibrant

I really like this, the colors are amazing and that is such a neat idea with shining the flashlight through the flower.

Lovely colors and nice softening blur in this image. Flashlights work great with flower shots at night. I have tried that too, but with one of the little LED flashlights.

This looks like the flame of a gas range. Very nice
