Very lucky, yes! Same as my six felines, the whole woods is theirs. But so are the fleas and those nasty deer ticks! Please be careful of those and protect your beautiful Abby from potential Lyme infection. We lost several ferals over the past year and I nearly lost one of my adopted cats, our beloved Timmer, to this horrible disease. Even the vet didn't know what was wrong w/him except his bloodwork showed a raised titer. I Googled Lyme disease in felines and there it was. I took a copy of the article to my vet, which he read over and immediately put Timmer on antibiotics for three wks. He is fine again but this is no joke, please be careful!
