 Just a quick shot of one of my wifes much abused but forever flowering orchids. Lit with a builders lamp and a black blanket as the background. Shot with my broken lense (I have to hold it place) to improve the clarity of the image rather than my Tamron. Photography on a budget.

Once again, its in the hands of the voters but I'll go for 5.2.

A tad over done on the lighting - it would be much better with a faster shutter speed or a little more deft hand with the aperature. The unfortunate part is the white bloom on the lower bud and poor crop. Even with the white bloom, it would have worked very well without the stem.
