Absolutely no idea how this will score but I like it so thats all that counts!

The week before my submission was taken I shot this,

I had submitted it but was worried the heavy (post prcessing) vignette would fall foul of voters/SC and (tbh) felt I could do something similar in camera so, went back to the spot armed with the cam, LB (of course) and toilet roll holder to stick over the LB and try to create the vignette. Only managed a couple of shots before the heaven opened so came home. I think I need to tailor the toilet roll holder to get a better circle in future but am happy with my first outing with it.

I really like this photo. I like the branches and I agree with Zig, it is sinister. I like the dark atmosphere of this photo.

Somehow conveys something sinister to me. I like the atmosphere in this photo a lot.

Well, you beat the heck out of MY Lensbaby submission, friend :-) Of course, yours is by far the moodier, more communicative shot, whereas mine is way out in austerity-land...

We'll see what Rd 3 brings us :-)

I really like this shot, thought it would do better than it did. Well done dramatic photo!

Evocative photo. I didn't expect this to do well, but it's one of the few entries in the challenge that seems like a gallery piece. Makes me think of a silent film -- something macabre.

I wish you would have placed higher. I gave it a 10 but didn't have the time to comment. It looked like an excellent pinhole shot to me, same effect, though you were more creative it turns out.

I love the melodramatic, cinematic quality of this. 8

On the positive side, it's different. However, it doesn't appeal to me personally. Sorry.

oo -- good job conveying the feeling of "creepy"! I like the blurry/grainy effect to go with it, too.
