Good stationary character shot. I think the blue and red tend to pull it apart somewhat whereas I do like the technique you employed for the rest of the image.

I mostly like the processing, but I think the blue is drawing attention. Changing that blue to one of the other colors would probably balance it out a bit more, IMO. I do like the guy's pose, it seems a bit stiff and yet natural.
