Tisa is camera shy. With the luxury of lying on my doona and dressing up she (barely) tolerated a shot or two.
Shot with natural window light, which is not very sufficient. Camera hand held.
Crop, usm, brightness/contrast, duplicate layer, rough pastels, erased from necklace, eyes, nose and some of her head, border, etc.

This is too sweet. The processing brings out the best in this shot.
Is that an Italian Greyhound? I have one named Furarri, and she is a lover.

This is all expression - eye, ear, lip and paws. Funny, they may not be too sure about us, but they trust us.

I love the pose you caught! She does indeed look rather shy, but she's a gorgeous dog!

Her eye is definitely pealed on you, I don't think she trusts that camera.. for all she knows it might explode or something. This is a very charming sketchlike photo-rendering. The PP technique you employed works quite well.

LOL! Love it! So fun, but she does look like she's running out of patience with you!

Window light is so underrated. It's all I use. I hate flash. This is a hoot - like a colored pencil or pastel drawing. Love that tack sharp eye.
