I remember how "cool" it is to bisect a circle, draw an oval and other geometric shapes. I remember too how I disliked lettering.

I love the simplicity of this, but my eye is being drawn a bit to the heavy shadows. Still a great photo - nice interpretation and composition.

CAD is so much easier. I can remove that line with a click of the button, instead of scratching it out off the film.

Simple, elegant, and works really well for me. I like the light fading to black across the plans. Maybe the top instrument could have been lit better, but that would have been tricky still geting the fade effect. I even like the shaddows that have been created. I think they also add to what you are trying to achieve.
