PP: Dissapointing. However, thanks for the few great comments about this that showed me why it didnt do well in the voting. I see that people didnt feel that it met the challenge.

Nice image Brandon. Even though it didn´t fit the challenge all that well its a good shot and you should definitely experiment with this technique in other challenges. I am sure it will do well.

This was actually one of my favorites. I think this might have done better in a different challenge. The colors are really very nice and the tree seems almost other worldly here, I scored one of your 9s.

For some reason the photo makes me think of broccoli. Kind of neat light on the tree.

I like the purple of the sky. Nice idea to paint the tree with some light, but it might have looked a bit nicer if you painted it from a 45-degree angle to include a bit of shadow too!

Does not look real to me. I could miss the tree, either I d prefer it less lighted.

The main subject here seems to be the tree which is being illuminated by an external light source as far as I can see even though you are trying to point us to the stars as the main subject. Beautiful shot but form me I dont think you should have illuminated the tree for this one.
