This is a blurry portrait of a man who took way too long to read about James Russell Thomson. I wanted a photo to back up some information about one of the statues I was Photographing, but ended up shooting from one side.
Sharpen, brightness/contrast,transform distort ( to correct distortion) this lost part od the edge of the plaque so I gave it a new one - canvas size, filter gallery chrome on selected border, painted it with low opacity colours selected from plaque, resize, stw.

But it turned out very cool! It has kind of a texture/overlay feel to it. I think it is much more interesting than had he gotten out of your way and you had a clear shot of the plaque :) Before, it was a plague. Now, it is photographic art.

Seeing the reflection of the man's face gives more meaning and emotion to the plaque. Like maybe it was a comrade in arms from years ago. :~)

You had a different intent when you shot the picture, but you ended up with an interesting way to take a portrait. I like it when things work out that way. :)
