Created duplicate layer.
Did Feievel's Gothic Glow action general glow mode, copied to new layer.
Resize to 720.
Made copy of GG layer and did Topaz Adjust "Photo Pop" (I think), reduced detail strength, increased sharpness some.
Faded opacity on GG (70%) and TA layers (28%).
Did Lighting Effect - Soft overall on top TA layer.
Flatten all layers.
Feather selection dark areas (ctrl-alt-~).
Duplicate layer and change layer to Screen mode. Decreased opacity to 67% on new layer.
Some burning of ocean and sky and increase saturation overall a little.
Save for web 200KB.
