Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX DC HSM for Nikon

Try changing your radius to .3 instead of 1.00 this will help just smooth out fine details. And for strength try around 150 and maybe no clipping or just or at 1. I think it is the large radius that is making your image over sharpened.
