I reckon I have seen photos of this boat before, just from different angles.
The location here is brilliant. The boat, snow, ice, water and clouds all coming together to make a great shot |

| This is what landscape photography is all about! Capturing the beauty of the interaction of nature and man at just the moment when the light is perfect. Just beautiful, I wouldn't change a thing. Well seen, well captured and well processed. One of the best of the year so far I think. |

| The low-lying clouds create a feeling of suppression to the point of feeling claustrophobic. I think stranded is appropriate for this. On the other hand, it has a wonderful illustrative quality. I would like to know the rest of the story ;-) |

| That is a wonderful expansive sky. It makes the thumbnail look like a large landscape image then when you open it you get a pleasant surprise and find it's actually a fairly close shot with lots of detail! |

| Wonderful! The sky is phenomenal, the lighting on the boat makes it easy to spot, and the icicles add to the feeling. |
