Philadelphia skyline from the NJ aquarium, at dusk.

I wanted this to looks more like a painting, bright and vibrant. I think it came out pretty good for what I was after.

Yes, editing was mostly Topaz, with a few Photoshop filters thrown in too.

This is a huge improvement over the original and you've created quite the scene. I wonder how this would look with a tad less saturation.

Very nice and bold colors. The processing seems to have blurred it slightly, could just be me....

Vibrant is the first word that came to mind - very alive and joyful. Something one normally wouldn't associate with a city skyline.

I think you got what you were after. The original was fairly soft and flat. You did well. I might have done some selective NR or blurring on they sky to get rid of some of that graininess, but I like smooth skies. What did you use to get the look? It appears to be Topaz or what I do in PSP that has been dubbed "clarify abuse".
