B/W conversion seems a little flat for my preferences, particularly on her face.

Very nice composition and expression, textures are great too, I think it would gain a whole lot from added contrast and more light (in processing) to the face. I took the liberty of playing with it a little bit. Let me know after the challenge is over if you wish to see my sample edit.
