Excellent shot. The cold comes through to the viewer with this shot. I would not want to have to deal with that weather as a sailor.

lovely scene, tones suit the image very well, can feel the brrr

(if there were colorful Christmas lights hung down the boat's lines, it would be an awesome Christmas card)

Oh I love the hint of blue, which brings home the cold feel of this. I wonder if it were in portrait mode and more of the foreground were included, if it would have worked better. Probably not. Just talking out loud. To me, it seems slightly "chopped off" if that makes sense. I love the line of the masts and the tonal range is really good.
