 Images of Queen Victiria statue.
Both images treated alike except the one on right had some buildings cloned out, whereas the one on the left only had sky behind her to begin with.
usm, duplicate layer, sepia, fresco filter, crop, copied and pasted on new file. painted vignette at i7% opacity.

This looks like an old photo one might find in the attic. Very creative processing.
