Editing Steps:
1) Isolate masks for Highlights/Midtones/Shadows
2) Apply curves to each of the above to tone map the dynamic range
3) Apply Red/Yellow/Green saturation to midtone region
4) Apply overall saturation to shadow region
5) Adjust saturation of violet flowers
6) USM as needed
Of your three edits, this is the one I prefer because you've brought out the colors well without overdoing them. A good strong crop, pleasing serene scene!
I can see your dilemma, and it's good to end up with alternatives. I'm not sure which one I like best, probably the first, but it is such a lovely place it is nice to see more of it, so this one also appeals to me.
