 I chose the title because this beach served as a battle ground during the Revolutionary War in the states. Invading British forces landed on this very spot. Tourists reported seeing and hearing paranormal activity on this beach but thats another story! In the background is a newly built Pavillion which was reconstructed as a replica of the original built in the 30s which fell victim to vandalism. It is located next to the conference house which has been standing since the late 1600's where Benjamin Franklin negotiated a peace treaty. The Conference House itself can be seen in my Manors and Mansions collection in my portfolio.

I shot the same pavillion for the recent Calender challenge. The last time I was here I scored a top ten in the Fences challenge for a shot taken inside the pavillion. That image was titled "Enveloping" I hope to get some luck again from this place.

POST PROCESSING: Tone Mapped 3 RAW files.
Increased Black and White clips about 20# each. Then opened in Photoshop to dodge the wooden foundation of the pavillion. I didn't do much after that except for the B&W conversion and border placement.
