Black eyed bulbul- very common resident in N and E South Africa. Again not technically too wonderful, but it makes me happy to catch these moments, even if they're not terribly accomplished photography! I'm sure you can tell by which branch is sharp exactly where he was before he flew off!

Ohhhh. . .in flight! This is awesome. Sometimes the photographic moment more than compensates for an 8 or a 9 technically rather than a 10! This is one of those times in my opinion.

I like the little glimpse into flight mechanics. This is far too common of a shot shooting birds, but at least you made it appealing.

I like the sense of escape this gives - and that's created by the fact you CAN tell what branch he just left. And as always, I really appreciate the information you include with your photos!
