 Two images overlayed on top of each other.

First image: out of focus enough to lose detail but not shape (smallest Av)

Second image: in focus, over exposed by approx. 1.5 stops (f8 - on DSLR use f11 - f16)

Paste second image onto transparent layer in first image and change the blending mode to multiply and voila.

No other processing applied.
