 can be identified from other apalises by it's pale eyes.
found in montane forests, wooded kloofs, scrub and fynbos.

Nice. You're getting a lot out of that 70-300, more than most people can. Watch the sharpening. I'm seeing some noise sharpened into the sky. When you sharpen, you might create a layer, then sharpen, then mask out the parts you don't want sharpened. PM me if you want more info.

Nice capture of the bird - and beautiful colors. The branch looks a tad over sharpened, but I like the rest quite a bit.
