 Redevelopment of Luxor, Egypt.

I thought i'd try more of a reportage photograph for this challenge. Much of Luxor is being torn down at the moment for redevelopment. This is quite a close crop of the photo. Just basic levels and curves for editing. It was quite a colourful shot on a bright day anyway.

Another powerful image of the pitfalls and fruitlessness of war and how it means the end of so much for the innocent victims. I feel powerful emotions from the broken looking figure in the foreground. He looks dejected at having lost everything in the war and searches for his loved ones and possessions in the bombed out smoking ruins of what was once probably his home. Very dramatic photo and of high journalistic merit. Exceptionally well captured.
