 Well I recently got a light stand and umbrella to try the strobist thing and this is one of my first pictures using my "studio" set up. I was really happy with how it turned out and it was fun to do. This is a self portrait and was kind of a pain to set up by myself but I did it eventually... As for the shot... shot in sRAW, converted to jpeg, sharpened, usm, brightness/contrast, surface blur, color balance, crop, resize, save for web. Hope it does well!

This was my favorite of the challenge, gave you a 10. Your expression is perfect....I love the humour in this. I think it should have scored higher.

AAAAAAhhhhhhhh.......forgot that I turned it up last night. Should have remembered that before I stuck these things on!

While we can't hear the sound he hears, we can hear his gasp at it! LOL

Really a cute shot that portrays those "ooopsss moments" when we don't remember to turn the volume down when putting on headphones.

Love the facial expression, doesn't cease to make the corners of my mouth twitch. Perhaps a little more color to make it splash more? For a loud photo it's quite... subdued
