 My twin granddaughters - Alana giving Brooke a piggy back. Taken on the back ramp at home and surrounded by distracting building and railing bits, I have blurred them out.
Duplicate layer, radial blur, history brush at various opacities,a little dodgeing, brightness/contrast, crop[, border, resize, stw.
