 I am sure this will go down like a lead balloon.... but I didn't want to submit a landscape, I wanted to try something different. Ansel wasn't just a landscape photographer, he experimented with all types of scene.

Has a sense of infared to it. I like how the clouds on one side are echoed by the tree limbs on the other, both reaching toward the tower.

I don't think Adams used a lot of man-made structures in his photos. Also looks like there are some blown out white areas on the front of the tower.
