 4 images through photomatix, curves, shadows/highlights adj, convert to B&W with channel mixer, D&B, resize, sharpen, sfw. Really hope I've captured some zones here. It's not real exciting but I like it. It's very loosely based on Ansel's photograph of the roots of a tree in Hawaii. Of course his had no snow and I'm not sure what kind of tree it was.

I like this. I hope it does well. Interesting choice to leave the top left in the frame. Gives the subject context.
