i think a little unsuccessful attempt at such great a topic by me. Its a double shoot, first a print and over scratches by blade to produce effect of water going over it.
Lttle bit of different texture but i could not get it effective enough. (but i tried, thats all count correct).

Too pretty and simple a face to carry the whole trope, IMO. The texture and linear blur effects etc are good though. Brave and welcome effort (also IMO).
