 Taken at the Egyptian Museum during my trip in Nov08.
It was a bright sunlight and I have to increase my camera speed to 1/2000 to get the background dark.

Lovely leading lines, gorgeous blues and yellows that compliment each other, crisp and clean the sharpness of the details is brilliant, good DOF, well done

it is cool that there are two bees in the flower - i just wish the harsh shadows were missing

3 - I think it is a Water Lily.. but I could be wrong.. Nice capture with the bees, although a little dark/contrasty, in my opinion. The black background seems unnatural with the bees (ie: not a studio shot, but again.. I could be wrong (apologies in advance if so)).
