 usm, brightness/contrast, hue/saturation ( down, to tone down contrast)slight blue to clear gradient to restore the blueness in the upper sky.

I like the shapes of the branches with all their leaves in this shot. They make an interesting frame against the rich oranges of the BG. Love those sunsets.
I don't see the power lines in the bottom edge of the sky : )
