This shot was actually pretty easy to do. I set up the camera and had sempermarine push the button when I got to the peak of my jump... the camera is at a low angle so it make me look higher than I really am. I do have some mad jumping skills though...


Post Challenge:
I've had a few comments and PMs on the flatness of my left foot. Not sure why it looks so flat, but it's not because I'm sitting on something. I'll submit some of the outtakes later.

Aside from the natural question of how you did this within challenge rules (I suspect some marginally allowable cloning), this pic seems a bit soft and low contrast.

The edges around the subject are jagged. He seems like he was just photoshopped into the image... especially since the side of his right shoe is perfectly flat...

Considering the title, I'm not sure if its supposed to be sarcastic because the colors of the image are very bland and the subject looks quite indifferent (especially with the crossed arms). Props on your mad ups, though ;)

This is illegal! You can not clone out Frieda holding you up. What are looking at anyway?

Cool idea. I'm wagering this will get DQ'd. It looks like you are sitting on something that was cloned out or you combined two images. I would like this better if the shoe did not look like it was resting on the floor. Again love the idea. I'll give it a 5 for the concept and humor. BTW he looks awfully sour for being high on life! Maybe it's a bad trip! ;)
