develop the raw with dpp.in photoshop:rotation and crop, levels, curves, clone out something here and there..., denoise with neat image, H&S, gradient tool in overlay mode everywhere except that on the upper side of the boat,usm.burn a very little area around the border

if you would have cropped out the left side of the boat...leaving the numbers, it would have been a better framing...the boat in the background is distracting, nice shot although
