 This is an HDR image made from three bracketed images taken as the sun was just disappearing behind the incoming clouds at sunset; I used a circular polarizer stacked with a 0.6 graduated ND filter;tripod was placed at ground level, mirror lock-up and remote shutter cable used...cloned out a couple of people and a light pole, cropped, usm.

a bit overprocessed to me
but the drama of the sky is well lhandled and look great against the surf and rocks

crisp, clean lines, sharp details, pleasing lines, love the fact that the water is not smooth and misty, this stands out from the other sea shots,great shot well done

Normally, contrast decreases with distance but in this shot it is reversed. IMHO this gives it a slightly uneasy look

lovely lighting - a painting rich in textures and colors - the composition with the rocks framing the scene and the lighthouse illuminated by the sunset really draws me in
