 I asked one of shop techs to let me photograph him edging skis and snowboards. The lighting is not very good but I only had a few minutes to get a shot off.

the motion created by his work and the sparks from the edging of the skis really works to contrast the sharpness of the workshop

Composition: I like all of the added stuff in the frame. Really nice environmental portrait.

Lighting/Exposure: Very nice. You were workin' with what you had. You did it well.

Pose: N/A candid.

Suggestions for Improvements: None.

This is very creative. I like the bit of blur on the person. Very nice use of slow shutter speed.
