Nice capture Jeff. In addition to what has been said below is that the 'mess' below the plane is great. |

It's so fun to see how the LB can set still objects in motion. |

That LB effect does give the sense the rotors are spinning. The close-in composition accentuates the effect, I think, you aren't so distracted by the environment around the plane. Are you in the DC area? |

I feel like I'm a duck that's about to be hit by a plane, nice perspective and use of the lens for an action feel. |

I was going to say something similar to what ubique said - it is a right in your face perspective. Some radial blur on the prop and I might expect to be chopped to pieces! :) |

I like this... You should photoshop yourself in the cockpit. |

This almost makes me think the propellors are moving. Isn't that a fantastic part of the museum? :~) |

Smack! That really hits you right between the eyes, doesn't it? I like this a lot, and I especially like the presence of the near-jumble of aviation stuff visible behind; a wing, some national markings and other unidentifiable items. This makes the plane in front look as if it is leaping right out of the pages of history. Appropriately enough. It'd make a pretty good poster for the Smithsonian.
Oh, nearly forgot ... the Lensbaby is of course perfect for this, and really animates the aircraft. |
